A telescope that can see beyond your imagination 

Before this you should know that what is Dark Energy. Now, Dark Energy was the name of the force that is accelerating the expansion of the Universe. Dark energy makes up 68% of the universe and Dark Matter makes up 27% and the remaining matter covers everything on Earth. Everything seen through the constituencies of different devices, just 5% of the Universe.

The scientists of Kitt Peak National Observatory (KPNO) a US astronomical observatory have created a five year programme to map the universe in its most detailed survey, the goal of decoding Dark Energy with 5,000 mini telescopes.

Each of these mini telescopes will be able to detect a galaxy every 20 minutes, meaning that in a year this super telescope will have surveyed more galaxies in the universe than all other telescopes. This telescope can see objects 10 bn light years away, which means that it can tell us about cosmic events that occurred 10 bn years ago.

How does this telescope work ?
Researchers around the world participating in this study have attached an optical instrument to measure the spectrum of light from any source, called a Dark Energy Spectroscopic Instrument (DESI) to the 4km Mayall telescope. DESI will measure the effect of Dark Energy on the expansion of the universe. DESI will measure the impact of dark energy on the expansion of the universe.
There are 5,000 optical fibers inside the DESI, each of which will act as an independent telescope and together, they will be able to scan 3,60,000 galaxies in a day.

Most of us have heard and somewhere faced some level of recruitment corruption in government sector jobs.  We all are aware of Haryana Teachers Recruitment scam and Vyapam recruitment scandal.  That is why many of us had to move to private sector for Jobs where it is thought that organizations would give weightage to Skills and Competency of Candidates and would do right kind of hiring.  Ultimately, these resources are going to contribute to organization’s success.  While this is true but not anymore.

The corruption has traveled to private sector as well.  Genuine and competent candidate is now facing challenges again.  First need to understand how this has happened and how it works.  Job scarcity is in market and hitting everyone.  People see opportunities in metro cities only which have been hubs for private sector jobs.  These companies pay good salaries as well.  Companies started recruiting candidates from 2nd tier and 3rd tier cities to avoid high pay scales.  Sometimes, candidate do not find themselves competent enough to clear interviews.  Similar equation worked in private sectors as well which led to corruption in govt sector.  More candidates and less jobs.  Who else would be more aware and able to take advantage of this situation other than recruitment departments.  So slowly, slowly they developed a nexus.  For this, various levels of people got involved and formed a well knitted team.  People from recruitment department, operation managers, few employees, and job providing agencies came together.  Job providing consulting agencies play a very important role.  Candidates are referred by consulting firms.  Recruitment team would make sure that candidates referred by few job agencies and employees are selected.  Candidate would need to shed away approx. 8% to 12% of his package to consultant firm which would distribute this amount to everyone involved in this process.

Currently, this kind of scam is prevalent in most of high profile BPOs.  I would not say that higher management has closed eyes on this.  This scam is running so smoothly that at times leadership does not have enough evidence against this scam.  Wherever they have found evidences, they have taken action, but still that has not been enough.  Right and competent candidates are still looking for right opportunity.  They are facing challenges from reservation, corruption in govt sector and now in private sector.  I would request through this article to all leadership of private sectors to be more vigilant of recruitment process.  Ultimately, only skillful resource would be able to help organization achieve their goals.

We cannot know the exact reason that what is inside a black hole because of several reasons:-

• First it is very much difficult to find the location of black hole and go towards it as we will be need to use a lot of fuel.

• If we reach near a black hole then due to its event horizon there will be an uncertain stretching in our body or the thing in which we will be or any device, that we will be destroyed in the event horizon only.  

• If somehow we reach the center of the black hole then we will be destroyed by its radiation waves which is the only thing able to come out of black hole.

• And one more thing that if we enter the event horizon of a black hole whose mass is less then our death will occur too fast but if we enter the event horizon of a black hole whose mass is greater then we can cross its event horizon but then also we can't know the accurate answer that what is the inside a black hole because anything would be destroyed inside a black hole too.

           The true theory of Black Hole

Till 10 April, 2019 you were able to recognize black hole in Hollywood Movies but now all the theories have been cleared. On 10 April, 2019 scientists have got a real image of black hole which was captured by Event Horizon Telescopes.

This picture is of the Super Massive Black Hole which is situated in M-87 Galaxy which is 53.5 million light years away from our galaxy. This black hole has mass more than 6 times than that of the sun and the black spot of this black hole has distance of 25 billion miles and because it is too big so it is too active which means it releases radio active waves through its center and this radio active wave is spread straight over 5000 light years.

The image of this Super Massive Black hole was captured 2 years ago and to capture this picture scientists have posted a team of 8 telescopes named Event Horizon and this name was taken from the surrounding event horizon of this black hole. These telescopes were observing this black hole by using Quantum Clock and there was also a virtual telescope which updates the data captured by the event horizon telescopes. The data of real image of black hole that was captured by these telescopes was of 10 lakh gigabytes which was rendered by labs of the two countries of US and Germany and this work was done by a team of 200 scientists. Now one more thing, that this picture is not completely of black hole actually its the picture of its event horizon which means the gravitational atmosphere around it because a black hole has too much gravity and is too dark that even light can't come out through it so we can't see it but the picture of this event horizon of this black hole is true and the black spot between this event horizon is a real black hole.

 Social Media Slavery – Young India

Today, we see most of us using social media and glued to our mobile phones.  Popular social medical channels are Facebook, Twitter, Whatsapp and Instagram.   These are used by everyone now-a-days, and out of these Facebook and Whatsapp are most popular.  Now apart from these other private communication apps are also in use. 

While the expectation was usage of these were by adults and for meaningful purpose, but somehow all these mediums have lost their actual purpose.  Another most alarming challenge is that these are very much accessible to      children as well.  

There are many negative effects of social media on our youth and children.  Kids at a greater risk of suffering from hate speech.  They would learn to indulge in aggressive or offensive behavior. They unknowingly put personal information on these sites and they become easily victim of identify theft.

As per many media reports, Whatsapp has become one of the major source of spreading child pornography.  There has been whatsapp group which spread this.  Also more worrisome is that children have easy access to Whatsapp and they are getting exposed to pornography in early of their age.  Two Israeli NGOs discovered Whatsapp group spreading pornography and brought this to notice of Facebook, who owns Whatsapp, but no action has been taken.

Similarly, legal age to own a Facebook account is 13 years but one can find children even below 13 years owning Facebook account, and again it gives easy access to them to pornography.  While Government has banned various porn sites in India but these are easily accessible through VPN or proxy servers. 

Increased usage of social media among children in impacting their mental health.  It leads to mental health problems including anxiety, depression, and suicidality. Children face cyber bullying as well on social media Youngsters spend more time on social media and gaming than real play and get together. 

While expectation would be from parents to help their children to come out of this slavery of social media, but we see parents themselves being busy on social media. There is real need to divert our children from over usage of social media to physical activities. We really want a Healthy Young India and not slaves of social media.
