Recipe of Paneer Bhurjee
Ingredients:
- 250 grams paneer
- 2 onions medium size finely chopped
- 1 big size tomato finely chopped
- 2 green chilies finely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder [Haldi powder]
- 1/4 teaspoon garam masala powder
- 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/3 teaspoon cumin seeds [Jeera]
- 2 tablespoon oil
- Salt as per taste
- Few coriander leaves [Dhania Patti]
Procedure:
- Crumble the paneer and keep it aside.
- Then first heat the oil in a kadhai for 5 minutes and then add cumin seeds [Jeera] to it.
- When they get browned then add chopped onions to it, when they become translucent then add chopped green chilies.
- Cook it for some time.
- Then add tomatoes till they become soft and salt as per your taste.
- Now add turmeric [Haldi], red chili powder, garam masala powder and stir them.
- Then add the crumbled paneer and cook it for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the coriander leaves to it and mix it.
- Now your tasty paneer bhurjee is ready. Serve it with chapati or paratha.
