It's the end of the year: time to start fresh, its not to make just resolutions its more about to get ready for 2019. It turns out that the new year wasn't always on Jan. 1, and still isn't in some cultures. Different religions also celebrate their New Year's at different times. Exchanging messages, greeting cards and gifts are part and parcel of the New Year celebration.
