How to send bulk emails from Gmail
- First go to your gmail and compose a mail as shown in the picture. Just write subject and content of your need.
- You will see that it will be save in Draft.Then go to ''Draft'' and cross the composed mail.
- Then open a new tab and search ''Google docs'' and click on the link shown in the picture.
- When the page will open, click on sheets option and then on ''Go to Google Sheets''.
- After that you just click on the option ''Blank''.
- Then you will see a blank table where in the menu bar click on the option ''Add-ons'' and then click on '''Get add-ons''.
- A screen will open where you have to search ''yet another mail merge'' then press enter key and then click on the free option of first link given on screen.
- The it will as for your permission, just give your email-ID and click on ''Allow''.
- Then some pop-ups will come just cross them and you will see that their is written ''Email Address'' on the first column.
- Now place pointer on the letter ''A'' and click on the arrow beside it. Then click on the option ''insert 1 left''.
- After this ''Email Address'' will move under letter ''B''.
- Now write ''Name'' under letter ''A'' [ Remember that its a case sensitive language so write ''Name'' as you have written in gmail ].
- Then write name of people and their email address. Then again go to ''Add-ons'' and click on ''yet another mail merge'' under which you have to click ''Start Mail Merge'' and then a pop-up will come, just click ''continue''.
- Then again a pop-up will come where you have to write your name and select you post and then click on ''send''.
- You can track the status from the right side column.
